It is FREE to use the asset even for commercial purpose. It is also free to use the asset in Dino Characters at this moment but you may need to check if anything has changed.

Sorry for the late reply. As stated in the description, this asset pack is a modified version of Dino Characters by @ScissorMarks. The author required to exclude the original work in this project. So you need to visit his pack to download those missing sprites. Also, remember to give proper attribution when using the asset.
I think it is wonderful that you’ve decided to remix my design a bit. However, I am not so happy with you reuploading all of the work included in the original. In addition I’d appreciate it if you noted in your description that attribution should go to both you and I. :)
